  • 91 cup plain yogurt
  • 92 cups water
  • 91/4 tsp grated ginger
  • 91 green chili, finely chopped

In a bowl, whisk the yogurt until it’s smooth. Add the water and whisk again until well combined. Add the grated ginger, green chili, salt, and curry leaves. Mix well. Chill the neer mor in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. When ready to serve, give the neer mor a good stir and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve chilled. This recipe makes 3-4 servings.
